Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

If my 13-year-old was given an ipod by a friend, can we take it from him if he misbehaves, or since we didn't give it to him, does that mean we can't take it?

#1 You can legally take the iPod from him. #2 You need to take some parenting education courses.
