Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

in the last 3 years i have had my children 275 nights.(i am the non custodial parent) can i get that adjusted off of my child support. we had made a verbal agreement that she would not have to pay me half of medical and i would not have to pay her child support. but then she went to ors now i owe 10000.00 can i make her pay for half of the medical that she was required to pay?

You should file to be the primary custodial parent, request the court to terminate past due child support to the extent you can document parent time, and for additional orders to solve any other problems.

All changes need to be done through the court.
