I am 16 years old and I have a 3 month old daughter. I want to go live with my boyfriend but my parents won't let me. Can I go without permission?

You will need to file a petition in Juvenile Court to have yourself declared an emancipated minor. You will have to establish to the court's satisfaction that you can live independently of your parents and are able to support yourself financially. If you are unable to do that, you need to stay with your parents until you're 18.
