Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
Im 16 yr old male and i live in weber utah and i got my girlfriend pregnant and she is 15 yrs old and her parents are saying i dont have any rights to the baby. Do i have rights? and If so what are my rights to the baby?

You are a minor. Your parental rights will require you to file a petition to establish paternity, show you are able to pay child support and that you are competent to raise a child.
Frankly, you both should consider adopting the baby to a mature couple who are old enough to raise the child and to provide for it. You and your girlfriend are too immature and young to take on that responsibility. The child deserves parents who can give it a good chance in life.
