Abandoned Property

In my divorce decree it states that my ex-husband retains a trampoline as his property. It's been over 15 years and he hasn't picked it up. Suddenly he decides he wants it back. Isn't it considered abandoned after such a long time and couldn't I sell it or give it away if I wanted to? He's residing in another state.

If he has not picked it up in 15 years, it was abandoned long ago.
