Re: abandonment,custody case

How can husband maintain custody of children and still get divorce? Hire an attorney, countersue for divorce and custody.

What should i do to protect my two children and myself? Move out from boyfriend. Live single until his divorce is final. Your children do not need the chaos, neither is it good for your boyfriend to be shacking up with you while he is legally married. This is a moral violation that can have ramifications in his divorce and custody fight.

Do i seek an attorney as well? No, you are not a party to the divorce or custody fight. You have no rights as to their children.

One lawyer is needed to represent your husband.
