Abusing a Persons rights with a protective order what to do to fight back.

My wife has lied to obtain a protective order and had me thrown out of the house we lived in for no other reason then to get me out of our house, What rights do I have legaly.

Your wife threw you out of the house because you two are fighting and cannot communicate in a mature and intelligent manner. If she has children with her in the house, she will be allowed to retain the house. Your rights are to present your case to a judge and allow the judge to decide. You both ought to immediately obtain some competent counseling before you destroy your marriage. If you think you feel bad about being thrown out of your house, you will feel many times worse if you fail in your marriage. Swallow your pride and put forth some major effort to save your marriage.
