If she has children with her in the house, she will be allowed to retain the house. Your rights are to present your case to a judge and allow the judge to decide. You both ought to immediately obtain some competent counseling before you destroy your marriage. If you think you feel bad about being thrown out of your house, you will feel many times worse if you fail in your marriage. Swallow your pride and put forth some major effort to save your marriage.
