adaption

i was wondering what it would take to give my 21 year old daughter custidy of my 15 year old daughter because she is refusing to come home and is being unrulely so if you could get back to me as fast as you could i would appreciate it

You need to get into counseling with your daughter so you can learn what is going on and why. You also need to learn what your 21 year old can do as a mother figure that you cannot do.

A judge will not be pleased to grant an adoption just because you have problems. There needs to be a showing of what is in the best interests of the child - not the parent.
