Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My soon to be EX adopted my child who is now 14 yrs old. My EX and I have 7 yr old twins together. He is refusing to take our 14 yr old son for visitation because 3 kids is "too much work" for him. Am I within legal rights to tell him he needs to takes all 3 kids for the visit or take none? It is emotionally damaging for our 14 yr old and the twins don't understand why Dad won't take their older brother.

You can encourage your ex to take all 3 children, but no one can compel him to take all 3. Get the kids into counseling to help them deal with their disfunctional father.
