Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
Adult Adoption
Can I be re-adopted by my biological father without my adoptive father needing to know. Would the paperwork need to be filed in my home state or my biological fathers' home state?

Re: Adult Adoption
I assume you have good reasons to want to "readopt" to your birth father Your adoptive father is your legal father, and apparently the one who has raised you for a number of years. He will have to be notified, and will have to consent. I assume you also have good reasons to risk hurting the man who extended his name to you. I suggest that you get some counseling. This does not sound healthy.
