Adult Incest?

If the paternal uncle dies, is it considered incest if the aunt and nephew have a sexual relationship and is it legal for them to marry?

Or is it only a total assault to people with moral and ethical values?

If the parties are separated by more than 2 degrees it is not an illegal marriage. Incest is sexual relations within a family, i.e., father daughter, brother sister.
