Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Im affraid I can loose the custody of my child

I separeted from my husband almost two years ago now, we have a three year old together, and since then I haven't recieve any money from him, sometimes he bring diapers and milk for my son,, we're not divorce yet because he doesn't want to pay for the divorce, and honestly I don't have money to pay for it either, Actually Im living with my boyfriend, He helps me pay for rent, and bills, my question is ''If my husband finds out that Im living with a guy even though we are not divorce yet, can he win the custody of my child when we get divorce?'' if he says that I have a boyfriend and Im living with him?
