alimony payments

If the person who has to pay alimony looses his/her job is he/she still responsible to continue the payments or can they be suspended while job hunting?

They can file a petition to modify the decree of divorce based upon the loss of income/employment.

You are still responsible for alimony and child support if you lose your job.
