alimony
In my alimony it states, I will receive alimony until remarried or living with someone. I spend alot of time at my boyfriends, but still have my own home and mortgage. Could he go after me for living with him?

If you cohabitate with your boyfriend your alimony ceases. If you are trying to live with your boyfriend but keep the alimony, it will be up to a jury to decide.

He can certainly try to seek a termination of alimony if he can establish to the court's satisfaction that you are cohabitating with your boyfriend. The court may consider many factors in determining whether cohabitation is occurring. The mere fact that you spend a lot of time at your boyfriend's house probably isn't enough to establish cohabitation if you have your own home and mortgage. However, if you and your boyfriend begin co-mingling assets, such as bank accounts and begin using the same address for your mail, car registration, utilities, etc., then it may appear that you are cohabitating.
