Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

can my attorney charge me for talking to his wife?? she works in his office with him,but has no law degree ,,just hear say. And when they billed me i was charged for talking to his wife ,because he was on the other line,rather then him returning my call.I was also charged for forwarding e-mails and faxes that he needed for my case.

1) Protest to the attorney.

2) File a request with the Utah State Bar to arbitrate whether you should have to pay those fees.

3) Get an attorney you trust.
