going back?
I recently moved to Nevada about 3 weeks ago, My boyfriend and I have decided to separate can I take my 2 year old back to Utah with me to file child custody papers?I'm afraid if I don't take her, he will keep her from me.

As long as you tell him where you are going and indeed file in Utah there should not be a problem if that is where the child has been up until now.

You may return with the child without your boyfriends permission. And you can file in Utah. You may not need to file unless his name is on the birth certificate.
