birth father rights

my girlfriend is pregnant with my baby. she has been ignoring all of my calls even when i have left messages asking for just the dates of the dr. appts so i can be there. what rights do i have as the father right now. do i have rights to be at the dr. appts even if she doesn't want me there since its mine? she has gone crazy and i really want this baby, i live in utah so what chance do i have as far as getting custody of the child? and what should i do to improve my chances?

You have to go to court to protect your parentage unless you marry the mother. You have no particular rights as a sperm donor without proving parentage. If you prove parentage then you may be entitled to visitation rights. https://www.utcourts.gov/ocap/utah/parentage/
