Bought car for girlfriend with my credit

Bought a car for my girlfriend with my credit. Everthing is in my name, she is making payments, but now the relationship has been broken. Can I take the car?? Don't want this between us.

If the car and the loan are in your name, they both belong to you. Have your ex-girl friend either refinance the car or return it to you. You can be held liable for any damage she does with your car.
