Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
My boyfriend has a daughter who is now 18 and graduated from high school. It states in the child support order that child support stops at this time. However, his ex has filed a support order modification with the courts and nothing has been done or changed. The ORS is still withholding the full amount of support from his wages. How can he get this to stop?

ORS shouldn't be doing anything further if all of the child support has been paid and the daughter is 18 and has graduated from high school. I would advise you to get an attorney to get the court to enter an order directing ORS to stop if they won't do so on their own.
