My boyfriend is filing for divorce and he is currently paying child support but has the kids for more than half of every week. What custody agreement or claim should
Be in the divorce so he don't have to pay child support?

That's a complicated question because child support is based on the parties' respective gross monthly incomes. Since I don't know how much he makes or what the mother makes, it's hard to tell. If he and the mother are sharing custody on a 50/50 basis and he's making more money than she is, then he would still need to pay her child support. However, if they are sharing custody equally and their incomes are identical, then that is a situation where no child support would be required.
