me and my boyfriend have been together for ten years are we legally married and can i keep the house or can i stop him from saleing it as long as we have been together he has not been here for 6 months and left me to pay all the bills but now he kicking me out and said he dont have to give me any money from the house being sold

You will have to file for a court order finding that (1) you are common law married and (2) that you contributed to the acquisition and payments on the house and are entitled to part of the equity, and (3) for orders regarding temporary spousal support and child support.
