Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My brother is currently living in England. He has lived there for about 3 years. He just found out that his wife is having an affair. They have four children ages 18,16,14,11. They were all born in the USA. He wants to bring them back to Utah to start new. They all want to come with him. Can he bring them here without any problems then work out the details. Would he file for divorce here in the USA? This is where they lived for over 17 years.

There is no reason why he cannot return to the US with his children. After 3 months in Utah he can file for divorce.
