Brteach of Contract and Adultery

My wife and I are going through a divorce. She had an affair (admitted to it) and contiued this affair while we were attempting to reconcile. I wanted to know if I can file a ''Breach of COntract'' lawsuit. I have evidence and several people involved in the encounter. Also, can I comel the people or person involoved to tetify.

You may file such an action - it is called an action for divorce. Evidence of adultery or other inappropriate acts may be admitted to affect property distribution. You can compel witnesses in a divorce. Your other choice is to file suit for either intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress - but getting damages in that kind of case is very hard. You would have had to have suffered SERIOUS emotional and physical consequences, and be able to prove them.
