Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

We became certified foster parents in order to get my 4 nephews when they went into foster care. During that process my sister and her husband had their parental rights terminated. The foster family of 4 months wanted to adopt and so did we, we went to court, the judge sided with the foster family because they had been there for 4 months. It was appealed, and then denied. Is there anything else we can do?

If it went to the district court for your appeal go can go then to the court of appeals, then you can appeal to the Supreme Court.
