Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Do I have a chance?

My husband has kept my daughter from me for 9-10 months to attempt to get me to sign divorce and custody agreement that he wants i'm not comfortable with that i cannot afford an attorney and he has one. I want either joint primary custody or to be the physical custodian. he still lives a very single life and i am not comfortable with my daughter being around that. however i realize that him having her for so long gives him a better chance to get what he wants but there must be something i can do.

Re: Do I have a chance?

First, don't sign anything without consulting an attorney. Second, you should do whatever is possible to retain an attorney to represent and protect your interests. It's obvious he is manipulating and coercing you into doing something that is not in the best interests of either yourself or your daughter. Please contact me if you would like some assistance in this matter.

You need to talk to an attorney. Your husband could be made to pay your attorney fees. You must fight for your daughter. Do what ever it takes.
