Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Name change

I took my first husbands name in marriage and now I am getting married again. I don't want either my ex-husband's last name or my fiance's last name, I'd like to take back my maiden name. Can I take back my maiden name by writing it on the marriage liscence and using that to get a new driver's liscence so I don't have to go through the trouble to petition a name change and appear in court? It seems that if I changed my name in the first place by marriage, I should be able to change it back by marriage. Thank you.

Re: Name change

Sorry. You need to get the name change through the court.
