Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Changing court appointed visitation

My ex wife and I are attending mediation in a few weeks. What she is seeking is to take away my weekend visitation and half of my holidays. She also wants me to agree not to allow our 15 year old around my current wife. I have had this visitation arragement for 14 years now, so what is the likelyhood she will get what she is seeking?

**she has no basis for what shes asking for other than she doesnt like my wife.

Also what can I do to prevent her being awarded these things in court? I need all the advise I can get.

Re: Changing court appointed visitation

your ex wife has no right to ask for what you're saying. Unless there's more to the story you're not conveying, there's no way the court will grant her request.
