Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Chid custody

My ex-wife's husband is driving with a suspended license while my son is in the car. What can i do to keep this from continuing? Is this something I can use to gain custody?

Re: Chid custody

You can report this to the local police. However, driving with a suspended license is illegal, but does not mean that your son is in immediate danger. If you want to fight for custody you need to see an attorney who can file the necessary legal papers to get a custody evaluation performed. You will also need to finance the custodial evaluator's fee - about $3000 to $5000 in advance.
