Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Child Care Non Expenses

I have asked for receipts for daycare and hours worked. But my ex. refuses to give them to me but wants me to pay half of what a second copy check states. She was caught once while in the middle of the custody hearings reporting daycare for hours that she did not work. Should I pay or does the 30 day written proof notice take in effect. I don't mind paying to ensure my daughter is taken care of but I do want it to be fair. What should I do?

Contact the day care facility and request copies of billings from them. Make arrangments in the future to pay them directly, if they will cooperate. Do not pay without an actual receipt. It is not a big deal to get a receipt and a check copy can be easily phonied up. You will need to let the ex know that you will not buy into her games.
