What are the odds of getting custody of a 3 year child when one of the parents getting divorced had an affair?? Does the affair make the parent unfit??

Fidelity is one of several factors considered in a child custody case. There are others, including the time available to care for the child, where the child has been living, who provided most child care in the past, bonding issues, appropriate housing, psychological evaluations and other factors.
The "odds" depend on all factors, which cannot be addressed without knowing all of the facts.
