child custody

My exhusband filed full custody papers and will not take the kids at all, I cant afford an attorney what advice do you have

I assume you have full custody and he does not claim visitation rights. You cannot force him to be a good father. He will still be liable for child support, and what else is ordered by the court. IF you have no money, call Utah Legal Servics in SLC.
