Child custody

My Sister's son's Girlfriend, has left her child with me, and has decieded to live out of state.. What legal rights do I have to prevent her from take said child out of state without my son's permission..

You have no rights unless you have a court order. The baby's father, if he is on the birth certificate, has parental rights and can file for custody. You can file with him. You may call for a free consultation.
