Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

child custody

My wife and I seperated. We decided to do family counseling and work through our issues. Her coworker found out and made a malicious false claim to dcfs due to hating me for some reason. Never met this lady. The caseworker never investigated the allegations, but filed with the district attorneys office stating that she believes the allegation as being true and is asking the state to take our son. What should we do? Got served tonight have court on Wednesday the 27th. Do not feel we have enough time to find a lawyer. unemployed, have very little money.
