Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Child Endangerment

When a child goes with the non-custodial parent and they do things such as sending them off with other family members and not spending time with them, does this give any ground for stopping visitations. Also the aunt has transported my child across state borders with out a booster seat which is required by Wyoming law and in a shared seat belt. Now last I checked this is a child endangerment issue. Could you please let me know I can do.

Re: Child Endangerment

You should file for an amended decree which addresses which parent has rights when the custodial parent is not with the child(ren). You should file a complaint with Child Protective Services for allowing the child to be transported without the safety seat.
