Generally, No. However, however, depending on how old your child is and the nature of the relationships between her husband/your boyfriend, herself and your child, she could, at some point, request to be granted vistation with your child if contact is being denied once she has established a relationship with your child. However, that would be an extreme circumstance and I seriously doubt there is anything to worry about. In no case would she be allowed to gain custody or guardianship of your child.
