Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

After talking on the phone with thier dad tonight, my children informed me that he is being evicted from his home before christmas. He is supposed to have our three children for one week following christmas and I am wondering where they will be staying and if I have the right to know more about the place they will be staying like; will it be safe and will all of their needs be met? IF I feel it is unsafe for them, how do I deal with this situation?

Your custody orders require you to make the children available to him. He must give you notice of where they will be staying. If the location is indisputably dangerous, tell your ex to return the children, or you will call the police. The best result is for you to convince the ex to cooperate
