child support

my ex husband is behind $44,000 with child support,and is behind in paying for the medical as the court had ordered.And he never paid what wa sordered to pay to me through the divorce what do I do?

Re: child support

Sue him for contempt of court and failure to support. You can also get assistance from the Office of Recovery Services, although they are very slow. You can sue your self to get a judgment, which can be the basis to garnish his wages, seize and sell his property. You may call for a free consultation.
