Child Support

I would like to know if there is a law in Utah that states that a non-custodial parent can ask for receipts of what has been spent on the child by the custodial parent using the child support money given every month. If there is no history of abuse, neglect or drug use, can the non-custodial parent just willy-nilly ask for receipts and the custodial parents has to provide them? I would really love an answer to this.

The non custodial parent is not entitled to an accounting of how child support is spent. The only thing the non custodial parent is entitled to is copies of medical expenses, child care costs, and other expenses for which the non custodial parent is required to pay a portion.
