child support/day care costs
Divorce papers state payment of 50% for med. and daycare costs. Question is does a family member count? Also this member is a minor. On top of all this the EX will not provide ss# of sitter for tax purposes. What to do?

Re: child support/day care costs
The non-custodial parent pays one half of daycare costs. Contact the babysitter yourself for id.
If the custodial parent provides the health insurance, the non custodial parent pays for one-half of the cost of insurance for the child only. If the non-custodial parent provides the insurance, then that parent gets a credit for one-half of the cost of the child's insurance from the child support payment.
