what happen when someone stop paying child surport and it is court order i been told 2000 be hined

thay lose there driver license

10 000 behind jail or prison time or can thay just not pay is it realy true that someone keep getting jobs under the table to avoid paying child surport.thay can get out of paying even with ORS order

You can bring motions for contempt of court for failure to pay. Eventually most judges will order jail time on continued failure to pay. Some men are very good at avoiding this responsibility and are willing to go to great lengths to avoid paying.
