Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

if my children live with their father and he goes to jail or prison do i have the right to go get them with out goingt thought the courts? he doesn't have full custody but the court did give him sole guardianship over them.

You should seek a modified order of custody or guardianship.

Whatever the court order is, you should file a petition to modify it so you can get custody of the children.
