Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Child/Vehicle

Wife and I purchased a vehicle together,loan and all. She moved out with our 7mnths old and I don't know if she going to make those car payments or not, or even if she can afford the payments on her part time job. My child is my biggest concern, She is in a very unstable situation with her mother being a drug user. Any suggestions? I am attempting to obtain an attorney to handle my case for a divorce but trying to find one that going to help me and have confidence. Thank you for your thoughts and concerns.

If your child is your biggest concern, you need to file for temporary custody, or at least a restraining order prohibiting the child to be around druggies.
