how do i collect medical/dental support from exhusband

Divorced 1996 no changes to divorce decree ever-turned him over to ORS and they are attempting to collect past due and current child support. Can I put a judgement on him for what he owes for medical/dental support without the help of an attorney? I have receipts of the amounts I have paid she will be 18 in two years and I want to do this before she is 18. Any help is appreciated?

You need to file a motion for order to show cause seeking a judgment against him for his one half of the expenses. I'm assuming you have previously submitted copies of the receipts to him with a request for reimbursement.
