Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

The commissioner and the two attorneys had a phone hearing and the commissioner ordered me to do certain things. There is no record of this hearing and it is a verbal order only. Is the commissioners order enforceable and if so can it be appealed without a written order?

It's enforceable unless you file a written objection with the court within 10 business days. Until a ruling is made on the objection, the commissioner's ruling is a binding order of the court.
