Contesting the adoption of my son

My ex girlfriend has recently decided to place our unborn son up for adoption. I don't want this. She says she is going to do it and doesn't really care what i think about it. I ned to know what my rights are as the father. Can she do this without my consent?

You can petition to be declared the father and also the custodial parent. You must act quickly.
