New Court Order needed for custody and child support
Ex sole custody/physical residence. Daughter has lived with me for over the past year and does not want to live with her dad. He agrees and will not fight custody/ch support change. What is first step I need to do? Ex told me to do the paperwork and he will not fight it. Been divorced 18 months. Simple chnages needed - sole to joint and new ch support calculation. Thank you

Re: New Court Order needed for custody and child support
If you would like, you can contact me to make an appointment for a free initial consultation. My email is [email protected]. If he isn't going to contest the change, it is a matter of preparing several documents, including one we would need your ex to sign. We then submit it to the court for the judge's signature on the appropriate order. Please let me know if I can help. Thank you.
