Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

im court ordered to pay half of child care for my sonhis mother is as well . if his mother is getting state assistance for childcare and the remaining not covered is sixty six dollars a month am i obligated to pay only 33dollars or the remaining balance. not quite clear on the 50 split issue decreed in our court order..please advise

You pay one half of the out of pocket cost which would be the $33.
