my wife is trying to give her parental rights away to her adopted parents i have her right now her mother abanded her 4 moths ago what can i do to stop her she is taking me to court on the 24th of this month

I would immediately file an objection to the adoption and file to terminate her parental rights. If you terminate her parental rights she has no rights to the child, including trying to adopt her out.
