Custody and Age of consent?

How old does a child in Utah have to be in order to choose who they live with.

Courts use a number of factors - at least 8 - which may include the choice of the child. When a child is old enough and competent enough to voice a reasonably well informed position, usually about age 10 or more, that is one of the factors a judge considers. The other factors are also important.
