Can my ex use the fact that I am married sharing a house now with my husband for financial reasons. But I have a boyfreind that I spend friday nights and some weekends with. The kids our eather at their dads house or with my current husband when I am with my boyfreinds. My boyfriend and I our thinking of moving in together when the husband leaves town. We do not plan on getting married anytime sone. And the kids dad is married and has been for three years. My personal life is a mess my husband and I fight all the time and I am not sure what I want from the boyfreind just that I love him..

You need some counseling - if you cannot afford it, see the local county health department. Your children are entitled to an emotionally stable mother. Your behavior puts you at risk for losing custody of your children. You are also teaching your children that marriage does not matter - an example which will come back to haunt you in the future. Yes, your behavior can be used against you in a custody fight.
